Tri Set

You will need: Pair of light Dumbbells, a mat, and your own music.

The Workout: 4 circuits of 3 moves. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. Perform 3 rounds of each circuit for a total of 36 minutes.
