Membership Freeze/Hold Policy
Annual and monthly draft memberships can be put on hold for a maximum time frame of three (3) months within a calendar year. All Holds begin on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the month of the approved hold period. Membership holds are only accepted in writing via email to hhines@ymcamv.org. Holds cannot be authorized over the phone or verbally. Memberships that have been on hold cannot cancel until 30 days after membership reactivates from hold.
Membership Continuous Monthly Debit Policy
The Monthly Draft membership is a budget friendly membership option. Reoccurring payments are automatically debit from a checking/savings account, debit or credit card on the first of each month. The monthly draft membership will continue perpetually from month to month until a cancellation form is submitted; please see cancellation policy below. A 6 month minimum commitment is required for this membership.
Guest Policy
As a member you can bring a guest for their first visit to the Y for free. If you bring a guest in with you that has visited the Y before, their day pass is discounted to $15 for an adult and $5 per child (4-19 years old).
Youth Access to Health & Wellness Center
Please note that children under the age of 13 years old are not allowed in the Health & Wellness Center. It is important to know that the majority of our equipment is not suitable for children. Teens age 13-17 are strongly encouraged to meet with a Health & Wellness Trainer for one complimentary orientation prior to using the Health & Wellness Center.
